Can you draw for fandoms you're unfamiliar with?
Yes, as long as its not a live action property or a fandom im uncomfortable with, I am willing to draw fanart for anything!
What do I send if I don't have any drawn out references or images?
Thats ok! I accept any and all type of visual references! Send me dollmaker/picrew images, game screenshots that are crafted to resemble a reference, pinterest moodboards, even a shoddily made doodle of the pose you want!
Can I order a commission in 2 parts or more (i.e a bust piece and a chibi piece, 2 bust pieces, etc.)?
It varies on every commission opening, please be sure to check TOS on the next commission opening!
If you reject my commission, can I try to send another one?
As long as you didnt try to request anything particularly rancid in your rejected commission, then yes! Try to request something a little different and I may reconsider!
I want to pay you using a different payment method, can we discuss?
No, I'm only accepting payment through invoices from stripe and paypal, or goatlings stuff, sorry!
Your prices are too expensive! Can I pay (this much) for now/negotiate a different price?

Commissions are for client use only. Clients are free to post their commission online and use their commission however they want, so long as its for non-commercial purposes only (i.e icons, banner, wallpapers, etc.) and I am credited properly
NON-COMMISSION ART
My art can be used by anyone for non-commercial purposes (with proper credit to me)However,
I do not approve of my non-comms art being reposted, nor do I approve of art of my ocs being reposted or used
Can I use your art for NFTs/to train AI?

What would you like to order?The process for chibis is a little shorter, I will just send the lineart for approval and might be able to skip the step by step process and finish in one go (though you may ask for previews if the chibi takes a little longer!)

Terms of Service
General terms
All commissions are done digitally, you will not be sent a physical product
Communication can be through email, discord, or goatmail, but be sure to still have an email ready as the final product will be sent by email. Additionally, it is a second option if there's complications with discord or goatlings
Visual references must be provided when ordering commissions
Written references must be short and concise
I only draw in my artstyle only.
Commissions that involve characters from media that I happen to be interested in will be drawn as my interpretation of them unless requested otherwise.
Character details will be simplified in chibi commissions
If you want to order a multi-part commission, I'm only accepting 2 part commissions atm!
I do not accept commissions with deadlines
I do not do NFTs, crypto or any block-chain related projects, nor do I accept crypto as payment
I have the right to reject a commission for any reason

I may take payment in sugar stars, goatling items, or a mixture of CAD with goatling items or SS*, check out the rules for goatlings payment here
After I have accepted the commission, if you offered to pay with real money, PAY UPFRONT. I will not start your commission until I am paid in full or 50% half price**. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the commission being cancelled, and you will lose your slot. (Please remember to pay in CAD when paying for the commission)
CAD Payment will be done through invoicing from paypal or stripe (prices will be raised for the paypal method, sorry!)
Once I am past the draft sketch phase there will be no full refunds***. You will only be partially refunded based on my progress on the commission

EXAMPLE: If you ordered a bust commission ($27) and you refunded at the lineart stage, you get $28.80 back ($ 36 x 0.8 = $ 28.80)
I consider things such as adding details that wasn't previously discussed (i.e new articles of clothing), major backtracing edits (i.e redrawing a limb), and changes to the overall composition (i.e different pose, different angle, etc.) a complex revision, which will be charged a fee of $5-20 CAD depending on difficulty.
Colour change, cosmetic change or minor backtracing edits (redrawing an eye or a finger) are things that I consider simple revisions, which are free of charge

** Only applicable for commissions over $40 CAD
*** There is an exception for emergencies or if theres any reason I feel I cannot finish the commission. In that case, I will send you a full refund.
Terms of Service
During the process...
I will be sending you previews of each step of my process. You are free to ask for revisions at any time, but keep in mind that after the draft sketch stage, it might cost you a fee depending on difficulty
Draft sketch: I will be concepting the art piece, and may ask further questions about the commission if needed. (This is the only part of the process where major revisions are free of charge!)
Lineart stage: Most artists usually have a sketch stage and then a lineart stage, buuut I found it really difficult to line over my sketch. So my sketch is the lineart (If you paid in mixture of CAD + goatlings items, trade now, major revisions will be charged)
Clean up + colouring: I clean up the lineart from the previous stage and colour. I consider colouring part of the clean up stage as I find colouring in the art while I clean up helps me figure out what I need to correct while cleaning (Last chance to ask for any major revisions!)
Final Touches: Where I do the shading, special effects, filters, etc.(I will only be accepting minor revisions at this stage)
Timeframe for your commission to be complete will vary depending on my current queue, the complexity of your commission, my motivation and free time. But don't worry, I am determined to finish all my commissions, please be patient with me!
If you don't respond to my messages or emails within 7 days, I will put the commission on pause and give you a warning. If there is 3 weeks of no response I will cancel the commission, and you will lose your slot. Feedback is very crucial as I want you to be satisfied with the final product, so please turn on notifications!
When I finish the commission, you will be sent a png of the final product through email. However, if we agreed to 50% half payment, I will not send the final product until I am paid the other half. Failure to pay within 7 days will result with the commission being cancelled.

I have the right to use the commissions for self promotion (i.e posting on social media, portfolio, examples for commission sheets, etc.). If you don't want your commission posted on social media or want to be anonymous, please specify when ordering
Commissions are for personal use only. Do NOT profit off of the commission in any way (I.e mass produce, NFTs, reselling, using in monetary projects, etc)
I do not approve of my art being used for NFTs, crypto or any block chain related projects. Do NOT Mint my art as NFTs or involving my art in crypto, block chain projects, etc.
